With a background in emergency response, diplomacy, and government innovation, he founded Aurora to bridge opportunity gaps for underrepresented communities through strategic programs and partnerships.

Rahul brings a strong background in development programming and multicultural engagement, with a focus on designing inclusive, high-impact community initiatives. At Aurora, he leads program development, implementation, and stakeholder collaboration across our advisory and community pathways.

Miriam is a seasoned operations and HR professional with over a decade of leadership experience in the international education sector. Known for her strategic mindset and people-first approach, she oversees Aurora’s internal systems, governance, and day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery and organisational excellence.
